Crop Walk 2015

We have participated in the Crop Walk every year we've lived here, so this was our seventh year. Three out of seven years have been rainy. We were totally prepared with raincoats and a huge bag of snacks. Mkc got cranky, though. She started muttering "I am not doing this walk for helping people. I am doing it for HATING people. I am wet and mad. I am just hating. Spit and spit." 

We talked her into a better mood. Hopefully it will be sunny next year.

Seventh Annual Egg Hunt

First year at Piney Wood Park

30 friends came. We had enough eggs to let everyone else playing at the park hunt.  Wonderful time. Strawberries, pears, mandarin oranges, and Joseph's famous popcorn. Need more popcorn next year.
